I oversee the daily operations of the clinic while helping ensure that every patient's experience — from scheduling to financial coordination — is smooth and stress-free. I work closely with our team to keep the practice running efficiently and to help patients clearly understand their care plans, insurance benefits, and financial options. My goal is to make the administrative side of care simple and supportive so patients can focus fully on their health and recovery.

My role in the office is to assist patients, manage scheduling, and handle calls and messages. I help ensure the front desk and daily patient flow run smoothly. One of my favorite parts about working at True North Chiropractic is getting to know and connecting with so many wonderful people while seeing their amazing transformations with chiropractic care!

I work part-time during the winter and spring and full-time during the summer. At the clinic, I get to be hands-on with a variety of therapies, including rehab therapy, shockwave therapy, and cervical (neck), lumbar (lower back), and knee decompression. I love being able to help patients feel comfortable during their treatments and getting to see their progress along the way! When I'm not at the clinic, you can usually find me in the pool as a member of the girls' varsity swim team.
